Jammin'
Well, actually the elderberries are destined for cordial, but the damsons will become jam (apart from a few which will go into damson gin!). Not sure about the blackberries yet, maybe pie, maybe jam.
Oh, and the tea and cake is from Let Them Eat Cake, a very lovely cafe near our house in Frome. Lime and courgette cake with a tangy, yogurty icing was really good!
